The first meeting of the Local Arrangement Committee for the fifth Chinese and American Forum on Legal Information and Law Libraries  (CAFLL) was held in Hangzhou on December 4 and 5, 2016. Yu Liying, the Curator of Law School library of Tsinghua University, Chen Zhihong, the Curator of Law School library of Peking University, Liu Ming,the deputy Curator of Law School library of the People's University of China , Guo Ye, the deputy general manager of Chinalawinfo Limited Company and He Lingqiao, the Curator of Guanghua Law School library of Zhejiang University attended the meeting. 

The Local Arrangement Committee visited Wanghu Hotel, studied the transportation, sites, services of the meeting place, and provided recommendations. Then, heading to Guanghua Law School Library of Zhejiang University, they discussed the conference theme, speakers, moderators, commentators, and program contents and resoled some issues, and wrapped up the meeting to make sure that the preparatory work go smoothly. Under the joint efforts of all parties, we are confident that the fifth Chinese and American Forum on Legal Information and Law Libraries (CAFLL) will become a successful event.
